      @spoletta Thanks for info; btw to Frightened - yep, it takes a lot of points and is quite situational, but -200 all resists, -20% DMG and Cha=5 on enemy is super worth it. Even if you maxed all passive saves (dex/forti/will), -200 all still beats it, reducing charisma also hurts enemy save chances and his mana as well. If Frightened immunity stays in game, Im taking this passive for every build.

      I tanked quite well in leather armor, but it was a quite peculiar build. Bleeding strike is nice, but it requires a slashing or piercing weapon, so it was a bit hard to put into a build.

      @spoletta well yes, but considering long cooldowns (lets say 10-15 seconds - in fight which may take like 5 seconds its a lot) and fact that accuracy is the only way to reliably apply CC (except Luck, but it depends on ... well, luck ), accuracy sure is important but as you say there is low difference between 6-16 PER. Luckily one has so many points that four natural twenties in stats are possible and min maxing is king, co lets rather count with natural 20 PER (500 accuracy).

      So far we got "stun break" which is awesome. The Resolve ability removes physical debuff like stun (not sure if dmg from for example Concussive strike is debuff or just damage ....or if DOTs generally are ment as health debuff - bleeds and poisons). Are there planned also Dexterity and Inteligence CC breaks? Problem is simple. STR+CON guys depend on high health pools, high mitigation (armour, resists), dedicated tanks on block. INT gusy have active mean of defence - CC and ability to evaporate enemy before they get attacked and surely also absorb shields (tho until now mage vs warrior with stun break and Enrage can only delay his death with teleport and then get two hitted...some kind of ultimate defense comparable to shield block, just INT themed would be great, Id mention Baldurs Gate and ADaD generally, demiliches have monster protections, it would either take cheesy tactics (undead immunity scroll) or whole team to take down). Dexterity on the other hand depends on speed and ability to nuke enemy down (and to some extend CC, but from melee range). Evasion gives either full imunity to attack (enemy misses) or you eat whole dmg (enemy hits/crits). Whats more there are Stun effects that aim at Fortify so one moment you have 1000 evasion and evade 75% of attacks, then you get stunned and are just sitting duck. Too bad Dex only gives you move and attack speed...but Frenzy gives you the same while being dependant on CON - attritube that also increases your survivability (massive fortify + shield block + reduced CD on stun break + some resists and health). Con can work without DEX, but DEX without CON (or resolve) will probably suck. Will DEX builds get "block ability" aswell - maybe like dual wield parry or something? Agile characters are always unlucky in this manner - In Path of Exile you can pick "dodge 30% of everything" --->but it affexts your block and armour. Same in diablo II and "III" ---> you dont get mitigation like STR and INT heroes, either no dmg at all or all the damage. Couldnt Dexterity also offer same as it does with Fireball - aka lower damage in case of save --> in case of melee, maybe high dex guys could get second chance for lower damage (glancing strike) if they dont evade. Or maybe dex could offer something more ( CD to go with "outspamming the enemy with speed" theme or some kind od passive CC reduction - only rogue archetypes will go DEX, other fighters using heavy armour would have no use for Evasion and there is no synergy between mages and DEX while Constitution and Inteligence are usable for literalyl everyone. Also as there is "Stun ability attacking Fortify= no Evasion for moment", will there also be "Fear" ability attacking any other save than Willpower = no Willpower during effect" (or will for example [Paralyze](https://fractured.gamepedia.com/Paralyzing_Touch have no counter except save and then 10s immunity window?) and same for Fortify? From balance point of view it makes sense and as long as there is also "magical debuff effects breaker" everything is balanced imo. And sorry for grammar, writing in hurry at work

      @maze It sure does make sense, but quite limits the usage of those abilities. However as bigger weapons have attacks that better use their big damage numbers (Concussive strikes), so do light weapons (many attacks have tag "only usable with light weapons"...still Assassination and Warfare schools would use some kind of "charging attack" that would increase in potency with amount of landed strikes - aka attack best used with superfast weapons). But original thought was about autoattacks not benefiting from added damage. ...unless that "bonus added damage" is treated as "basic weapons damage" and is multiplied in crits and added damage in abilities (as in Heavy blow). Then it would make sense. Thanks

      @Nag Not sure the level we are talking about. I think people still have a problem wrapping their minds around the fact a new character is as powerful as a character that has been around awhile.

Mounts might also have combat abilities, but you won't be able to use anything other than that while mounted. And their abilities shouldn't be strong enough to 1v1 someone. For example, if the wolf mount has 2 abilities: howl (short aoe buff/debuff) and jump (small invulnerability frame), you will be able to use only these 2 abilities while mounted, but you can't use your bow or cast fireballs. Once you dismount, you can use your weapon or spells, but you can't use the mount or its abilities anymore.

      @Razvan Truth, but CD on weapon swap is still unknown, right ? Could also be abused for example with shield. How about some short time (like 1 second) of disarm on weapon swap? In reality you also dont instantly switch weapons, you have to unsheath your weapon and sheath the one you´re wielding.

      @Razvan But it sure depends on terrain around big cities (which will be targeted by demons during eclipses). or to defend themselves on a chokepoint. Wonder if devs will create tight places for defence or leave the battlefield open (or whether the governor can customize the defence of his city by building another walls / wolf traps or creating the choke points himself). My point however was rather about being bigger target due to character size than collision (which sure is important, but I hope the game will not become another aoe spam carnage). Concerning collision - what about pets? One can have up to 3 of them, will they block enemy/teammates as well? If they do there might be quite a mess in big zerg. If more petmasters get into fight everyone is blocked. And if they have no collision they dont serve their purpose as meat tanks.

      I can see a legendary weapon, a Hammer of SpecThor, shiney, powerful beyond imagination. It would be extremely hard to find, a journey filled with mystery, dangers, adventure, and heavy costs. But once you find it... approach it, filled with joy... move your hand forward, to grab it... ... only to discover you can't lift it at all because it's too heavy for anyone but SpecThor to wield it!

      I don't really like the idea of an offhand which increases the damage/effectiveness of a certain magic school because it will make it even more obvious what kind of build the person you're fighting with has. It doesn't really matter when you find someone and fight them, but it might make a big difference in small scale pvp and diving -> one person scouts the enemies and rest of the group takes builds which will negate the enemy nuker as much as possible. These being said, I can see non-shield offhands being a thing: magic artefacts that give mana, cdr or damage. Horns which give very short but powerful buffs to the whole party. Flags that give small buffs and act like auras in Diablo2, but don't stack. Bucklers, which give a small passive bonus to both offense and defense. Parrying daggers, which can reset all enemy cooldowns.

      @Tuoni All you write is right, yet its imo matter of taste more than anything. Many people including me don´t really care about such freedom, I want balance. Fractured is balanced based on limitations. As long it works im fine with it ... actually im glad that you can at least recognise someone as warrior / mage.

      @Whisper I tried to cast Fireball using a Hammer, Axe, and Dagger Well I dont thing this was changed since first alpha, there daggers were caster weapons (unarmed too, but one used unarmed . But if this was changed, my bad. It would be however weird if there were no 1h caster weapons - even shield can be used while casting spells (except Conjuration and Evocation schools), so 1h should be usable (small, not medium). Stun lock is not going to get into final game. Can you link to the source of this claim? Well soon after first alpha, where enemies were stunlocked for whole fight, it was stated by devs that this is going to get changed, cant link that tho, sorry. Check content released on February. I 100% agree with you on that. I hope that humans get fire, and Demons gets one element and the beastmen get an element as well. To give the diversity and give people that extra push to travel to other planets. Well everyone will get everything, so you are actually right. I will say I also agree that 100% immunity is a bit much. 2 Memory is too little for 100% immunity in my opinion. In my opinion it should be tiered. 2 memory for a tier 1 fire resistance that gives a chuck of fire resist. Then a tier 2 for 4 memory that does more. Etc. Then finally a last tier that gives 100% but takes up the same memory as powerful moves (6?). But prices for slotting thesabilities will not affect everyone equally. Magic casting abilities - especially offensive nukes and disables likew Spider web - are WAY more expensive, while melee abilities are like 2 points worth. And melees rely on melee, so they wouldnt mind such abilities being more costly. Or they wouldnt even use them, if they were (as many melees are going to have low INT). Imunity abilities imo need rework. Or as a hard counter to that hard counter. They could just make dispell an ability that remove buffs. Then enemy would just recast aura (not sure how silence would affect auras, but probably wouldnt, its not channeled ability). Only solution is resistance reduction or penetration. Oh boy, immunities stink

      Just a question about cooldown - during enchanting of items there´s also possibility to lower your global cooldown. Most if not all the the other enchantable stats aby also provided by attributes (melee dmg with STR, mana regen with INT etc.), cooldown is not. Cooldown is pretty important and very powerfull stat, so will it be only accesible via enchants on items / through talents / abilitis, or will it appear on some attribute as well (as at least CON is going to be changed)? Edit: Cooldown could appear on Talents as well...if it´s not there allready. Just a question: are cooldowns always active no matter on weapon switch (ex.: nuker mage has staff with offensive enchants, casts offensive spells and has 1 defensive ability - block, he sees enemy melee, switches to shield and 1h, blocks initial attack from stealth, CCs enemy with non invocation/conjuration spell, blinks to safety distance, switches back to staff, continues nuking). Will Shield block cooldown stop if not wielding shield or not?

      @Razvan Just checked wiki and you´re right about such skills as Firebolt, however I didn´t play much but if I remember correctly, skills like Fireball (which qualifies as skillshot) do hit, but opponent still has chance to negate half of damage (which is better than nothing, but still it´s huge drop in damage if one has no accuracy). Bow skills sure will be skillshots, but archers will max perception anyway (and dexterity as stated in wiki). I´d also say melee abilities and melee attacks can be considered skillshots, as enemy will hardly stand on place and with dex 6 and slow 2h weapon you will have to predict position of enemy to even land hit (unless you cc him to stand on place and eat your hit), even then one must have massive accuracy to reliably land most attacks. On the other hand non-skillshot ability like Bash cannot miss. So probably only ranged skillshots will have no or low saves, right? Also one huge factor affecting skillshots - L A G - Hopefully lags will be minimal, but full skillshot dude might be in some serious trouble even with momentary lag spike.
