      I don't mind not being able to have those advanced crafting stations in a private house, but being solo as citizen of a town, and not party of a clan, paying a tax should be fine, but still you share storage atm, only if the storage of ores & wood was private as well, or could storage in the private house, that would be nice, but overall, a solo player should be able to craft all in the private house, just have to do a lot of gold farming and lot of travel trades, also have bound-time to people not steal the ingots.

      But over all, a solo player should be able to craft everything in the private house if he puts the effort into it.

      How come there is no Mining nodes in the open world ?

      Sugestion: Add Mining nodes to open world, smaller and scarce but still..

      I can't deal with the fact i have always my inventory on max weight and its not even full of items. I mean its at 9% with no items at all.

      Some rethink of the weight of items would be a great start.

      PS: If there is more posts about it, i'm sorry.

      This is my first alpha, and i know there is love for all kind of games, and this kind of game are for a niche taste, i just wonder if its a "Me" problem only.

      I understand some items can be heavier then others, and as some people mentioned, some items need fixing, and balancing but, I did 3 characters:

      A warrior with 18 str, with gear was 25str and while killing stuff, weight limit caught my eye, but wasn't a problem yet, i could carry enough, while holding bandages/remedies, the stones and branches for the campfire.

      Then i made a mage and weight started worrying me.

      Then i made a Dex+Per char for a "Ranger", and weight on items was a real problem, because, and now i know, i only had 6 str, but could not carry anything beside the "essentials". I noticed you are not supposed to kill mobs with auto attacks, but still, some mobs you could, and arrow fly away fast.

      If u want to keep the "Realism" allow people to use wagon to go on group expeditions when people want to horde/stack a bunch of materials for example, just a thought, even for pvp its a plus, finding some group with a cart full of stuff.

      I just want to say as well, what i really like is kill stuff :), i also enjoyed a lot the skills, how you find them, and the setups you can do because how the memory works.

      Edit: i guess if there is hunter roll on a guild, i prefer that, going out and bring stuff back, such as gold and materials for craft/enchants. 🙂

    • Next Alpha Starting Location Suggestion

      Looking at the map, and the empty Cities and the remaining ones so far from each other, wouldn't benefit all those who like invest more time in the alpha, being more close to each other?

      For those who like invest time in alpha, for the next one, i would suggest to all that are going to build a City, start from the middle, by middle i say surrounding Hearthwood, 3 big Fertile camps, and all mineral resources arround that area.

      I was looking at the map, and u can have all resources in a 10~20min trade if no less, if i'm not mistaken.

      Populate from the middle > Exterior, and all be close by to trade.

      Just a thought, don't know how realistic can be done lol

      For example, for me personally, I was in City of Akir, and a trade to Blackstone was ok for me to do, more than that, its just too much of a drag/burden.

      Anyway, nice alpha.

      So, Does the crafted mods on Steel Weapons counts as an enchant, or if we enchant it adds up ?

      Because i enchanted T2 inc dmg on steel great axe and went to 0%, but enchanted durability T2 and went to 200%.

      Maybe it should not allow to enchant if its allrdy an enchant.

      I don't want to enter in Realism discussions, its a game after all, just don't make the game too much of a burden, and at the moment of this alpha, the game is TOO MUCH of a burden, and maybe that is just ME that don't enjoy this much of a burden and should be playing something else.

      Anyways,

      I was playing and often was full on weight with the bag half empty, and if u put 500 arrows, i can't even carry 10 stones + 5 branchs, 50 Bandages + 50 Remedys, + 10 trolls skins.

      Again maybe its just me, but a weight revision is needed.

      First time i played is this Alpha, sorry if i'm dumb about what the game is trying to do, but i'm stuck with a primitive weapon, for 3 days because ? if no one wants to trade with me what i'm supposed to do?

      EDIT: pvp , ok i understand, i like pvp, but then 5 guilds will controls the mineral nodes, and then what? xD i guess i'm blind and have no knowledge atm what the future is for the pvp/trading system.
