      @tulukaruk okay, this is how pve carebears can break the game if you have quick logout (less then a minute):

      Beastman guild goes on gathering expedition to cold weather region on Arboreus. They have lots of mounts and wagons and survival items with them. A demon invasion starts in the region or next region. The beastman guild logs off and go and play their alts for a while. Once invasion is over they log back on and continue their expedition.

      To counter the above you need the characters to stay in game for a while. Like 15 minutes or so 😂

      If you read my previous posts this is the 4th way I came up with to use fast logging off to not play the game as I'm sure it was intended.

      Your argument that it punishes players with a short playtime is nonsense. If you got 60 minutes to play the game, you can play the game for 60 minutes, not 45. You only need to be mindfull where you log off. The savest would be in a city or settlement. If you are bold you log off where you want.

      In EVE Online I always tried to get my ship back to a base I could enter. But sometimes I couldn't and I just jump to quiet system, fly to a moon in that system and pray I didn't got blown up. Wich never happened to me.

      @grofire I don't think target ment you loose your character. It just dies and you ress at home planet and all your gear is still on other planet.

      @Gothix @Target the loss of resources should be 100% because you also go to other planet to gain knowledge, not just resources

      1. Can @Prometheus explain to me the meaning of life? Because if life has no meaning, why should I try to keep on surviving? 😜

      2. If I grow a beard like most of the ppl at Dynamight Studio's, will that increases my chance of survival? 😜

      3. In Fractured there will be very limited inventory space. When you explore a very arid or cold region, how much % of your inventory should be spent on survival tools like food, clothes and campsupplies? 🤓

      First of all. Don't worry indie games like Saga of Lucimia and Gloria Victis have had income without KS.

      2nd. Think most ppl will get next paycheck, after Steam Summer Sale, before KS is over.

      So chill and help out by spreading the word on mmorpg.com. That is where SoL and GV got their income from. Go look at the GV and SoL subforum on mmorpg.com and compare that too the Fractured subforum. Also the hype meter had GV stuck on the front page for two years non-stop or so. Like SoL is stuck on the front page right now.

      If you got important documents/paper/notebook hide it in a monopoly gamebord or something. If you got a save in your home that is not poored into concrete (bolts break away), just fill it with bricks and put a yellow post-it between the bricks with a happy smiley and the txt "hahaha, hope you broke your back, sucker!" And tape a gps tracker to the save's ceiling 😎

      But back on topic, would really like to see a 2FA here.

      @therippyone Agility is not an attribute you can bolster.

      I think CON/STR is better for tanking because of extra hp and you can equip better armor for tanking. But that means you need to carry an extra set of armor around all the time, wich is probably not a good option in Fractured's limited inventory space. So CON/DEX might indeed be a better option for a jack of all trade build.

      You already can sit at a campfire and use the rest ability to swap all your skills. If you can also swap your attributes, what need is there to ever create a 2nd character? I got six character slots in my kickstarter package... and I plan to use them in the long run.

      I like tanking for example. I will have one tank with max Strength and Constitution. And I will have another tank with those stats a bit lowered, but with higher intelligence to have magical defences. I'm looking forward to being a tank specialist so to speak.

      The ability to be a full healer, and then swap to full tank or dps seems so lame to me. Like the casual cater to all mmo crap I'm trying to avoid everywhere...

      This picture I saw got me worried, do you agree the CD changes of 15/12/9 and DMG increase from 520/640/780 is too much?

      Damage per 60 sec at r1: 15CD+3CT is 18 sec. That is just 3 attacks in a minute a 520 dmg = 1560 per min

      Damage per 60 sec at r3: 9CD+3CT is 12 sec. That is 5 attacks in a minute a 780 dmg = 3900 per min

      That is an increase of 250% more damage!!!

      @jetah if those numbers are the base of the testing, then I'm worried... If it was 10-30% increase I was at ease, not at 250%... Explring the world should be a fun option of the game. Not mandatory. That will turn it into a mindless grind like all the crap from Korea.

      I'm worrying now, in pre-alpha, because they start testing with such a big DPS increase between rank 1 and rank 3.

      If it was like 30% and it might go up or down a bit I would just wait and see how it plays out and give feedback while testing.

      But with 150% more (yeah 250 was total, my bad) the whole idea that a new player can be competitive vs veteran players goes right out the window.

      Might not be big deal for PvE content. But for open world PvP in 2/3 of the game it is a real issue.

      @grofire my sence of achievement will come from winning fair fights. Not because I win due to double DPS.

      My achievement will come from winning Town Conquest, sieging. Succesfull raids etc. And my achievement will be bigger if my oponents where all just as strong as me.

      @grofire You can't create a new character and have all +400 rank1 skills at your desposal for an instant cookie cutter build. You need to rediscover and learn them again on your new char.
