Ok, so only left are the carpenter npc and the claiming of items. In many games you type /claim and they all go to your inventory. But in my case that will be a lot and I probably don't want it all at once.

If I got an expansive Kickstarter package, let say Knight, I got a cottage, vila and palace building plan.

If you got important documents/paper/notebook hide it in a monopoly gamebord or something. If you got a save in your home that is not poored into concrete (bolts break away), just fill it with bricks and put a yellow post-it between the bricks with a happy smiley and the txt "hahaha, hope you broke your back, sucker!" And tape a gps tracker to the save's ceiling

Once the userbase grows (or from the start, if large enough), we can start deploying regional servers. The first obvious split is from US East to US Central + EU Central, but that’s really up to player demand. Eventually, we could have a full server layout as such:

Every time anyone makes a post or tread in the Fractured subforum, the Fractured tread/discussion gets placed on the top left corner of the mmorpg.com frontpage under the tab "recent forum discussion" for about 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the time of day. It is a great way to draw attention to ppl that don't yet know about Fractured.
Take a look at another new mmorpg on that site, Saga of Lucimia, and compare their subforum to Fractured's subforum. They get constant "bumps" to the front page: https://forums.mmorpg.com/categories/saga-of-lucimia

I hope for two things:
Increased upkeep the more settlements you control. Owning more after a certain points becomes to much of a no-life grind for resources. So no insanely huge guilds in the long run.
An "outnumbered" buff for a defending guild that owns a single settlement if it gets besieges by a very large guild or alliance. Keep the political landscape divers.
Can one character in time craft anything? Or will you always be partially dependable on other players for crafting?
