@grofire Prometheus said it does in a pretty old post, though he did say they may change it later on.

Since grouping gets rid of friendly fire, armies are probably gonna move around in parties limited by the max group number.
Also makes me wonder if there are going to be raid style bosses and how that's gonna work out.

Also, unless they add in NPC's to do it, somebody's gonna have stand at a bridge or tunnel to collect tollls. Nobody's gonna want to do that, so if NPC's aren't programmed to do it, it's probably not going to happen.

Well, the spotlight only says that "most abilities of this school uses ______" so some abilities may use slightly different stats for sub-sections of the school. Like an odd duck just randomly using Constitution instead of Intelligence.
