If it's not planned to add new planets, maybe new biomes, characteristic of the race ?
For new ruleset, I can think of tribes. You create your new character, you choose your tribe, and you have a leader (NPC, maybe), and you can have some events for your tribe, or events between tribes, something like that ^^ It could be a race living far away from the others (like that it could explain the different ruleset).
Don't forget demons can try to raid Arboreus, as they can't stay a lot ^^ After, it will all depend of the players, maybe, if they know they can't be harmed, they will be more sneaky ^^

In my head, an Angel was able to stay on Arboreus, and divine quests was unlocked when you have reached good alignement ^^ Must write everything somewhere, or I'll give fake informations again ^^
You'll have to have a good alignement, and will need to do some divine quests if you want your demon became an angel. I don't know if there is special reward for that, but you'll be able to stay on Arboreus like a beastman, and, of course, will not be welcome if you return on Tartaros (it will be a pleasure to hunt you, I've always wanted an angel head on my wall )
