As Benseine said, yes, some guilds can concert themselves to plan an invasion on Arboreus, and it's to the beastmen to fight them off. I prefer to see it like a "big event" or something, and not constant raids just to kill beastmen ^^ After, demons are not allowed in certain areas, beastmen can take refuge in those areas.
