Wow! Already?! That's fast!!
I wrote down each section as he said it. Because the stream is still very quiet for me and he has a strong accent I didn't catch everything, though.

Please feel free to correct any mistaken or incomplete information here.
Prometheus refused to answer any questions fixated too closely to Sieges and "field battles".
Prometheus also had a slightly better microphone than yesterday.

Oh I forgot about Crowfall. I forget if they invited me to the beta or not, I basically just lost interest.
I would presume it would last no longer than until launch.
That's about two to three years away, so.
You said something and we responded. You don't need to be defensive and rush to retort to every response
if die hard is a christmas movie then back to the future is a halloween movie because they warp ahead in time to october
The cornerstone of Fractured is that every character is equally competitive as soon as they're created. (I doubt that is quite true, but from what I've seen of the system, it should only take a few days to match meta.)
Any disproportionate or especially elite advantage undermines this cornerstone.
At best, the mount will look to be flying or gliding while moving across the ground the same as everyone else.
I believe there is a hard requirement of a minimum number of players for a Hamlet to become a town proper.
Even if there wasn't, it's very unlikely that a single character could manage the upkeep needed to keep a town from reverting into a Hamlet.

@fibs Free packages can not be received, this was said.

You cannot obtain or upgrade pledge packs through ingame means. Obviously you can only obtain or upgrade those by buying them.
I was more referring to the idea of a community event being held on the forums with a pledge pack as a prize instead of Foundation points (even if this was a one-time event).
The Kings of the planets are most likely not gameplay positions rather than cameos in the lore.
Virtually zero. At launch, the game will be priced at 30 Euros and will be single-purchase.
The only realistic effect on competition thereafter would be the VIP system and its speed up on learning skills, which will cease to have an effect on a character's combat viability probably a few days or a couple weeks into the character's life due to the non-vertical progression system.
I'm pretty sure Beastmen will get mounts too! The Foundation wolf mount has three appearances, one for each race. It would be great to be a deer lady riding a deer.
As I understand it, the primary "GVG" mechanic is to formally announce a raid on a civ. This will, presumably after a delay, convert the City Zone into a Siege Zone and start a fight.
I don't know what the rules are of this fight, but I presume if the attacking guild wins, then the captured civ becomes their Guild City, and if they lose then there is no change in governorship.

Ah true I forgot about that and the wolves change appearance depending on your race. Are there any mounts you would like to see added in the future? @fibs
Bird things!! Chocobo-style
Wolves are confirmed; two forms are a Foundation reward. They might only be a skin for what was originally a horse.

Well this is an insight of a precise fraction of time, for sure in Alpha 1 with only Arboreus planet aviable there will be way more vegeta..ehm beasts around!
I thought the early alphas would only have humans. Are they temporarily dummying humans out for Alpha 1 to focus on developing Arboreus and/or focusing on Demons for Alpha 2?
I don't mean to disrespect your efforts, but there are a few issues with using the Foundation for metrics, some noted and others not:
All the same, if deer are really the rarest choice, then I'm all to happy to be precious and special!
