Will I be a noob until I can actually play or is their some sort of time limit I have to be here until I'm not a noob anymore? I need to know the "noob" rules.

I just found out about this game yesterday it looks very interesting. I like the direction they are going with how they handle PvP and PvE. Hope to try the game out soon.
