Fractured will be developped on linux. After that say... Chrome Os is based on a gnu/linux core so it could be possible but since the goal of google is to make money with your data... and chrome Os running on specific hardware... it could be a yes like a no ^^.

I don't have time to search for you but if i remember correctly :
Abomination, Angel, Liche will have new apparence (you couln't revert to the old). It will be also some additional skills due to the changing race and losing previous race skills/bonus.
for the angel they can't live anymore in Tartaros (Arboreus be there new home) and abomination can't live either in Arboreus (Tartaros be there new home). For the Liche I don't know.

Could we have more information about it ?
Is it owned by a player or is it in the town blueprint pack ?
Is it boosting knowledge ?
Is it giving tool/NPC to help players on some stuff build/enchant/fx skin ?
