Transformation is not suppose to be easy task. Few things i would mention: an Evil player doesn’t gain Karma by killing Evil creatures. If you want to raise your Karma, temple offerings, divine quests. There will be whole divine chain quest from Tyros for demons who wants to become angels so that is the way to go.

Depending on your Alignment and that of your victim; attacking, knocking unconscious, looting or executing a player triggers a Karma gain or loss. Depending on YOUR alignment probably means you don't get karma for killing evil players as evil player.

I don't remember any limit on how many people can live in the city. It wouldn't even make much sense since people can live together in one house to save space/resources/time. City is limited by place: Plenty of town areas exist on each planet with the average size of a town spot being 256m2. This is large enough to support 100 - 200 buildings of a medium/large guild. You need minimum number of players to found the city, that is the number you see on website.

How it works is you can add tags in to Creature/Data module and if it matches Places/Data it will show in lists on the pages.
Everyone can add new pages on the wiki so idk what you meant by that. For example if page for some zone doesn't exist(red name) you can just click on it and create it. If you do so i just ask to keep same style which is used on other pages within same category.

It has been clearly stated several times that purchasing governor+ pack only gives you option to found a city before start if you fulfill claim requirements as normal player would have to otherwise it would be pay to win.

• In all towns, when the Governor’s account becomes inactive for a long time, without an assigned delegate
