The next test, Alpha 2 - Test 3, is set to start in late June/early July 2020.(exact date to be announced). The duration of testing phases becomes longer the closer the game gets to full release. Alpha 2 - Test 3 is expected to last for 1 month or more. -

I am not sure if they mentioned some features where you could use picklock so far. There is labyrint and they mentioned that goblin's forts and other pve points will be lootable but i can't remember details rn.
Spellblade assassin could be fun in fractured just burst healer down and then blink and stealth away across battlefield. It doesn't matter if you squishy if they can't ever catch you -

It's not completely limited, not for each race
Beastmen can live permanently on both Arboreus and Syndesia(loose his primal skill on Syndesia) but is heavily disadvantage on Tartaros.
same should apply to angel but there is not sure they will be allowed to live on Arboreus yet
Demon shouldn't be able to enter Arboreus and shoudn't have access to his bonuses unless there is eclipse on Syndesia. Can live permanently only on Tartaros
Abomination is exiled from Arboreus. Can live permanently on Tartaros. I am not sure if Abominatios can live permanently on Syndesia or not. There is no information about their skills yet.
Humans can live permanently only on Syndesia but can visit Arboreus withous being penalized for limited amount of time unless they are evil. Evil players can't enter good zones. They can also enter for one hour without being revealed to demons or being debuffed by babillis if they are under protection of some god. -

Relocate is already based on int. Cooldown: 45-INT1,5 and it is also restricted to light armor and mage/unarmed weapon so there is not much use for other than mage builds.
Frenzy is based on CON and not STR:
Movement Bonus: [CON1.5]%
Attack Speed Bonus: [CON*1.5]%
so even while you can have it as mage it won't be as effective as fighter unless you invest to CON and then you are more hybrid then pure mage. -

I see rogue more like hit and run than utility class but i hope there will be lot of free will for player to make build he/she wants. Hybrids can be lot of fun but with lot of choices game is hard to balance. That is the price for it.
Heavy armor should definitely always have highest defense at least for physical damage. -

Of course you would have to based it on attribute price otherwise people could end up making themselves weaker and weaker with every change but same applies if they would implement something like L2 tattoo system alone without full attribute respec -

I hope there will be some spellcasting options for heavy/medium armor as well. I would like too see people try to build Paladin, Dark Knight or Bard. So far you have only paralyzing touch if you don't want to go full int

They could do both. Some limited tattoo options for people who only want to tweak something about their character and full stat reset in game shop for people who want to complete change their character for example from mage to warrior. It would also might help them generate little bit of additional income to keep the game running -

Yes but you will be able to swap talent during campfire rest and you make set with +INT make skillset with more skill points and immediately after changed it to another talent set. Last test i had skill set with 32 memory from 28, there is not check to keep you from memoryzing skill set you don't have enough memory for. -

I though so too but somebody told me it will be bonus and not natural because people would abuse it to get higher memory and then change it back to other att -

Not sure what you mean but some things are affected only by natural stat aka your stat when you are creating character and some things like spell damage, cooldown reductions, etc. are affected by Final Att: naturalAtt + bonusAtt + equipAtt
