      No classic targeting. You will not be able to "target an enemy" and then have your damage spells automatically shoot at his position.

      You aim your spells manually, by rotating your character around, and when you shoot a spell, lets say fireball, your fireball will fly in that direction. If it is a ground targeted spell, then you will target some spot on the ground and your spell will fly to that location. That location may or may not still contain enemy player or mob.

      Physical, melee attacks are swings aimed at direction your character is facing, they are usually cleaves, and whoever is in front gets damaged.

      If you do not have the pack or the key:

      Fractured Store

      If you purchase Legend Pack, you get Alpha 2 Key.
      Or you can purchase one of 2 other packs with whom you get one of the Beta keys.


      If you already have the pack, then you do not need to enter key anywhere. You automatically have access, as long as the servers are online and available to play, you should be able to log in.


      If you do not have the pack, but you have the key from other source (winning a contest or similar) then go to fractured main page (and be logged in):

      https://fracturedmmo.com/

      Click to your Profile Name, then click on Options.
      Then click on Redeem Code (last option in menu), type in your code and click Submit.

      Your key should now be applied, and as long as game servers are online you should be able to access them.

      I can just imagine Balkan community translations for a MMO...

      "Izbodi ga straga" -- 2 uboda po sekundi, plus iskrvarenje u blatu, mamu mu.
      "Slomi mu lubanju batom" -- meta ce vriskat u agoniji 5 sekundi dok ne rokne na zemlju.

      ... yeah I'd rather stick with English language. 😄

      Yeah, probably different weapons will give different parry chance bonus.

      Parry chance could depend on your characters knowledge (if you trained some base passive skills connected with it) and then different weapons could add different amount of parry chance.

      Dagger could add very slight parry chance, while sword would add more, for example.

      Imho, it would make sense that each weapon attacks according to it's own speed, so you can combine slow weapons with fast ones, and it still isn't abusable in any way, but stays balanced.

      Perhaps shields could reduce your agility as they are heavy to wear, and you are less agile with one.

      Smaller shields - reduce agility less, but also less chance to block.
      Larger shields - reduce agility more, but also more chance to block.

      I think that the way the devs are designing this is a good way.

      You can wear any type of armor you want but what you are wearing will determine what spells you can or can not use.

      That is a good way that enables balancing.

      Every class has to have strengths and weaknesses, otherwise that class would be OP and 90% of the players would roll it.

      If magic can provide resistance against everything, then GG you can either play a mage or go find another game.

      So no, for sure magic will not be able to give you resistance against EVERYTHING, that's a logical fact, no point even in discussing that. 😄

      Lets not forget that all skills aren't balanced yet, and also not checked fully against abuse. I was able to double cast fireballs in a specific way before cool down triggered, which was a massive damage spike. 😄

      Guys 1000 is way low number...unless you are asking consecutive kill of 1000 without dying to anything in between and perhaps limited by time.

      Numbersfor such achievementshould be 100000+ if you don't want everyone to have them inside few days.

      It's quite possible to add realism to game but you can't add it to only one factor then, you would have to add it everywhere for balance.

      For example if you make person in heavy armor move 50% slower... you can' have heavy armor provide only 10% more defense. It would also have to provide a lot more.

      Also, take into account that game isn't simulation to begin with. 😉 People will have skills to instantly charge other people... tell me where have you seen such movement in RL, excluding someone carrying rocket engine on his back and turning it on.

      VIP is subscription, albeit an optional one.

      Any continual / recurring cost (payment) is subscription. VIP is subscription.

      However there are:

      1. mandatory subscriptions -- you can't even play without one
      2. optional subscriptions -- you can play without it, but with it you get extra "stuff"

      VIP is a second type of subscription.

      Mages would perhaps be able to "tank" e certain caster type mobs, because mages should logically be good at resisting elemental type damage, since it's their art.

      They should not be able to "tank" a sword piercing their intestines. 🙂

      Warning: some of the following titles aren't meant to be easy to achieve, and other people can screw you up in attaining them. Do not try to achieve these if you are a sane person with life!

      Hermit - haven't interacted with anyone, or visited any settlement for 10 days (of real online time).
      Annihilator - collected 1000 (unique) kills of different people, without dying a single time in the meantime.
      Pacifist - (consecutively) avoided any PvP engagement for 10 days (of real online time) - time spent on Arboreus doesn't count!
      Alcoholic - haven't left the tavern for 10 days (of real online time) drinking at least one alcoholic drink every hour.
