@Tuoni remember, this is a full loot MMO, where gear will easily be lost.
This can only work if gear is easy to obtain, or people would end up running around naked all the time.

Crafting will include simple crafting of basic gear yeah, but crafting will also be about customization - changing existing pieces of gear to get fitted for different purposes (changing stats), keeping overall same amount of stats, but different ones.
So while crafting basic gear may be simple and easy, customization of said gear may be more difficult, and require rarer materials and more effort - depending on how extensive the level of customization is.
I'm sticking with my current PC for now.
[i7 6600K, R9 390 8G, 8Gb RAM] playing at 1920x1080
Everything I'm playing atm runs smooth at this resolution.
I will be checking out the new components in a year or so, if this starts to become insufficient.
It's a few devs only and they are focusing on development right now, so the game can be ready for Alpha 1.
So from this perspective, a lack of "public updates" is understandable at the moment.
At the point when Alpha 1 will be out, things will drastically change for sure though. NDA being lifted, and all.
@dawnofcrow in an ideal world it coul be very fun but the world we live in is far from ideal and people are prone to abuse everything that can be abused (if for nothing else then just for the lols).
This is why npcs programmed by players are probably not the best idea.
I don't really like the term "the last wave"... It sends my thoughts to something like this
Lets hope things are going in the opposite direction!
Demon with economic advantages?
I will deliver your goods.. I promise!

too easy to exploit as a guild perk. just charge users to join so they get access to them.
I'd rather call it business, than an exploit.
As long as it's tied to some guild accomplishment that's tied to some amount of effort, this would be cool. Put in some effort, reap some rewards.
Being a skeleton for 15 minutes after you have died, or until you equip some new gear, whichever comes first (15 minutes passes or you slot some item on). Droping all you have when you die, you will for sure be naked and without items for some time anyway.
With some temporary buffs and debuffs while you are a skeleton.
NDA kinda prevents the flow of new information so, naturally, there is less things to discuss in open forums.
But very soon, when NDA is lifted, a bunch of new content information will come to light and there will be plethora of "stuff" to discuss, theorize and post about!
Feels like Asus sponsored you to put this all here.
I'm strictly talking about cosmetic rewards here for some accomplishments. Nothing that gives you game play advantage.
Defend your city in 5 sieges in a row, win a special wall banners. Stuff like that.
It would make sense to give guilds some rewards based on some accomplishments though. Simply so guilds have sense of accomplishment as well.
I will not get into what these rewards could be here, this is not important now.
I personally prefer professional GMs even if there will be less GMs available.
I'd rather wait a while for my ticket to be answered, then trust random people on internet to not abuse their powers.
But that's just me.
If land will be huge, and walking from one end to other end would take several hours, then some kind of fast travel system makes sense.
But it needs to be made in a way so that it can't be abused by players. So as mentioned, no carrying resources through.
Actually not carrying anything through besides what is slotted in your own gear slots, so you cant bring spare gear sets to your guild members after they have been owned somewhere for example.
Also there could be a cool down on how often you could use such system to travel through, so you can't just go back and forth without limitation.
I'd rather give that as reward to guilds that actually accomplish something, instead of just giving it to guilds based on number of members.
It could be reward for some achievements.
We know some things about the game, but there is still plenty we don't know. And plenty that still can be changed.
As it "looks" so far, Demons and Beast men are "so far" focused on certain play style, while humans are given more "wiggle room". We will see in time, how much exactly wiggle room that is.
