      It could be fun if there were some pre-steps you have to do before the actual siege.

      During these pre-steps, that both potential attackers and defenders would take (like pre conflict), the winner of that phase would get to chose the time slot for the actual siege.

      Those pre-steps could be pve and pvp mix. Something fun to do.

      There is a small chance you will be able to test foundation rewards in late beta. But they are still not available this early, yes.

      We need to be patient. 🙂

      When they are available, you will redeem them by signing up to the game with this same account u used on forums. Be careful not to use different account for game purchase.

      Problem with allowing players to add absolutely anything to game (music) is that lots of trolls would deliberately add such compositions that are most disturbing and aggravating to listen, just to grief everyone aroumd them.

      I guess devs could predefine hidden melodies and let players discover them usimg skills, but thats then not a player music, and evemtually everyone discovers all the tunes and have them.

      Player added music would need mandazory checking for quality before its added and that takes staff control time, and time costs money. So that would need to be premium option.

      EDIT: and my post needs mandatory grammar check.

      Creating only basic music for bards would be totally OK, and then give players the options of creating own music, but as premium option.

      Basically players would pay for the time needed to certify their music, check that it's not some copywrighted ripoff, and that it's quality is high enough to be added to a game. Player would pay in advance for this time, with a risk that his song can be rejected.

      Dunno how much that should cost, but I guess there would be players who create music, who would be interested in such a feature, to get their own music in game.

      I really loved the bard type in Allods Online.

      Lets put aside for a moment that AO was (is) ultimate pay to win game. IF we disregard that, AO is amazingly designed game, especially classes wise, and really FUN to play. The only reason game is ruined is if you are unwilling to invest 10,000$+ to not suck against anyone else. 🙂 Otherwise, without that it would be one of best designed games ever made.

      Bards in AO had passive songes they could play, one offensive, one defensive, but with choosing a talent build, this could be expanded. Talent builds for bards went either in direction of more support (more songs, more utility spells), or in direction of more offensive playing (keeping basic support but specialising in more damage dealing, or survival).

      Absolutely all bard skills were connected with music, even the offensive ones, they were called by song type names, and executed with playing animations.

      If someone is looking into designing bard types, I'd definitely reccomend getting familiar with AO bard, because that is how bards should look like.

      Remember... pets need to get fed... taken to vet... innoculated... thats a lots of expenses and if you dont spend enpugh time with them they will not like you and might end up eating you.

      Bunch of pets could definitely be very dangerous indeed. Send your pet army and run!

      I guess it also depends on what kind of range will pets end up having, before resetting and going back to owner. If range is too long, it could be abused in hundreds of different ways. 🙂

      Usually meele has it easyer in these types of games, especially if there is plenty gap closers available.

      Its much easyer to just swing your weapon, then manually aim your spells on targets that aren't non intelligent mobs. Also if meele can catch you easily, you are practically done.

      Imho, playing a spellcaster requires higher skill cap. But in the end it will all depend on how the game is balanced.

      But still, if you only PvP, you will not progress your spells, so you will surely lag behind in that aspect, because learning all spells and their higher ranks will take loong time and will take a huge amount of PvE.

      Players that PvE more will surely progress faster in that aspect. They will eventually be stronger and more versatille than players that only (or mostly only) PvPed.

      You kinda "need to PvE" to be efficient in PvP. You can't just go and do purely PvP on your alt.

      In such case your alt will not have all the neccessary skills learned, your spells will be week, you will lack gold, mats for enchants on your gear, and so on.

      You cant do PvP, without doing PvE. 🙂

      You can do the opposite though, if you live on Arboreus, you can do PvE, without doing PvP.

      About normal mobs being too easy to kill, I guess thats expected. But it's as it should be. The most random mobs will be easy targets that you kill for skins etc.

      However, game will feature more dangerous areas wheere more difficult mobs will reside, and they will provide a challenge even with better gear. And there there will be bosses, that will be even harder and not for solo players to hunt down.

      I don't know what "class" will be most eficeint for solo play, it depends what build you will have, what you seek (PvP, PvE) and many other factors.

      I can only say that group play will require all classes, everyone will be needed.

      So I guess the long story short is, play what you enjoy playing. 🙂 You will surely bee needed in groups regardless of what you chose. And your solo play will be most enjoyable if you are actually playing what you enjoy.

      Remember if people go 20 to 1, they will also get only the 1/20th of the loot the guy was carrying. So they will not get very rich like that.

      And wasting time like to hunt one person down, will just make you lag behind oteher players who are actually playing and progressing, because it will take long time to gather all the spells and new ranks of them. Enchants, gear etc. And you will not have gold for anything.

      So yeah you can spend time to do 20 to 1, but eventually you will realize everyone is much more powerfull then you, cus they played, and you will end up being ganked yourself.

      Yes, devs made really nice world design where every type of player can find a place that fits him.

      This is what makes Fractured different than other MMOs and this will attract many different types of players to the game.

      Why cater only to one type of crowd, when you can have multiple worlds and cater to everyone.

      And imho people who would like to change every world to their own liking are just greedy and not worth paying attention to.

      Fractured has a place for everyone and thats great! 🙂

      Having PvP ability is not only about being able to PvP when you want.

      The major part is the danger that is always present. It creates completely different atmophsfere while playing. Even when you do not aim to PvP, you still need to watch what you are doing.

      Even if you don't meet anyone at all for a good period of time, just the possibility that you could and that it might be dangerous, is what makes all the difference.

      Yeah, I used to have multiple alts in many MMOs as well. Before when I had much more time to play.

      Nowdays, I still play, but I generally focus on one character. It's enough for me. Several characters would just take bunch of time that I do not have.

      There is a myth that a "life" is out there. I'm still trying to find it. 🙂

      You will be able to join 3 guilds but due to common name holder all your alts will share, more observant guilds will be able to see who yoir other alts are.
