Hi, I saw that a frostwood crafted staff dont give the 20% Ice Damage on your spells! I dont know its the same with the other woods & elements. Please have a look.

@spoletta I think that you've missed what Ignator was trying to say. Percentage per stack isn't the issue but how many stacks can there be at most. Description says its 30% (which means max. 10 stacks), while in game it was locked at 20% from what I understand is the inconsistency issue in descriptions and so far no one is sure which one is used during dmg math.

No one said you can't reach them. Simply they cannot be reached with imbues.

A lottery need/greed system would be the way to go. Worked well for the past 25 years...

Hello and thanks for the report! We are already aware of this bug with necklaces.

The Last days our circle welcomed plenty of new apprentices that want to study the way of magic. Hopefully other will do it the same way, to help geting our city of magic studys "Winterhold".

@OlivePit You also consider that the game is now 'Always up' not a limited 30 day test, so drop rates can be a whole lot rarer to give value to some reagents. Even though Foxtail and Rabbits Feet are pretty rare, and we now need 5 of them to enchant with, I still think their drop rate is good overall.
