      Yes, you can loot an unconscious player but, most likely, it will affect you with the criminal status effect thief.

      that should only happen if there's a witness!

      i didn't think about someone asking for protection because I see the game as a full loot game. I'm glad @Gothix mentioned it. We don't wait for someone to mention protection to attack it. that's not now discussions works. protection was mentioned and you seemed to be the only one attacking it. Your comment immediately after proves my point. You could have rebutted in other ways but you attacked which isn't what the community should be doing. I see you as the offending party in the discussion on protected items. Your few post after Gothix mentioned it was nothing but attacks. If you want to have a debate then do so but don't attack another community member.

      I see people demanding protection for limited items. DS would have stand their ground about the game being full loot.

      I didn't say I felt attacked, I'm claiming that you were the first to attack. I searched 6 pages of @Gothix comments and protection of items were limited to two comments in this thread. I will mention that we're off topic.

      You still have rebutted the statement though. Why would DS give item protection to players with legendary (or really unique) items? For a game that offers PvP and full loot as an option DS would be a hypocrite if they offered protection from looting of those items.

      I'd love to see unique items crafted. I'd love to see unique Legendaries looted. There's plenty of lore that could be written for them. I'd love to hear post on these forums about someone losing their unique items from a death. (i mean i'd hate to hear about a 10:1 gank but..)

      Each planet could offer a unique item for each slot, yet really make them rare. Asteroids could also have extremely rare items, maybe not unique, too. The world will get boring with us just looting crafting materials. If NPCs have gear to attack then we should be able to loot items in similar types from them. These items could be horrible, almost vendor only or they could be a quick way to get back into action without needing a crafter (which would hurt the crafters and somewhat the economy).

      I'd love to see world bosses in PvP invasion areas that dropped gear and cosmetics (a head to place in our house/guild/alliance would be fantastic). Destiny 2 had all cosmetics from their cash shop and I wrote that it was pointless to do certain activities because there were no rewards for doing so. The next dlc changed that.

      i think the best reward is to have it in the game and, maybe, credited as a writer.. i don't think it would be a great idea to give cash to the winner. (the usual "by submitting your work, you agree to give, freely, without being paid... etc applies here.)

      I would suggest some type of gift card and/or a gift system so that people can buy cosmetics for friends. I understand this could be exploited with stolen CC and chargebacks.

      Yes, you will have crit chance based on equipment (some weapons will have more chance to crit), through your talent tree, with spells that will enhance your critical damage, enchanting and probably also with potions.

      For damage balancing logic, it will depend on the spell, probably quite all the"skill shot" spells will have a chance to crit (like the fireball).

      Also will there be way to reduce opponent´s chance to crit me ? It was stated, that dexterity should help, but in tables i´ve only seen bonus to evade. Will luck be involved in both crit chance and crit resist ?

      Evasion will increase the chances to dodge an attack (so also a crit one), luck works the same way. Apart from these statistic things, there will be some spells that will allow you to decrease/cancel the opponent's crit chance.

      you dont see a problem with putting critical damage and chance behind one attribute? because it will be a problem later on when gear stats start to climb. Perception could be increase crit chance but crit damage should be another stat. this also deters single stat stacking which was tried in other games and didnt work out. even Luck, if a stat, could be used for Crit Damage.

      Can we have atheism as a choice pls? Different god religinon gives you different types of boosts and Atheism giving you boost to intellect or something like that. You know, not being a sheep. 😉

      I know that would interfere with current game design. I'm just tired of having to follow some god in every MMO out there. Screw gods and anyone else who thinks he is "above" someone else.

      how about no boost at all. afterall you aren't following a god to be granted a buff..

      it's capped at 25 right now. who's to say in 5 years the cap wont be 50. i'm saying putting something that can be perfectly built with 1 stat is bad. once the min-max figures out if it's the best stat then you'll only see builds that focus on it. splitting them forces the user to make a decision if they want more hit or more damage or spend the points for both.

      i've played games where crit builds were the fotm/meta because the amount of crit damage you could stack was absurd. it was an rng built but when you did crit it was over for the enemy.

      i'm just saying i've seen it before so i understand how it can end up bad in a pvp game.

      actually having a Litter would fit in the theme of the game. Thus having bipeds needing to move it would work.

      I wouldn't be surprised if someone put another on their shoulders as a form of transportation too.

      You example of Tera is a good one in that they went too far. I see that game [play] dying and the dev's just want more cash by the loyalist or gamblers (from loot boxes).

      Yes Yitra, we decided to make a change for a matter of balance, now only Perception gives you bonuses to critical damage and chance. 🙂

      can we get a breakdown on the stats and what they modify before the next test? (and update any FAQ and NEWS if needed)
