why do people never use the search bar where questions have already been answered plenty of times?

saying "This game will be" is implying a statement. you don't just add a question mark to turn it into a question.

"Will this game be.." is much better when asking a question.

I would suggest hitting that search bar.

officially, the developers will not sell power. however, items can be crafted then sold. now the game offers full loot so whatever you spend RL money on can be taken from you.

why would the developers ever allow pre-release gains to be brought over to the live game?

wouldn't that defeat the point of player crafted items?

those that get the things they want easy will be the first to leave. they'll be the first to say "i need more content".

uh the other games in the 2000's. they all had the everyone can loot steal things. people hated it. it was changed after much QQ from everyone.

The reason was their bug software could track the location you were at in the game and that gave the developers information they could use to trace the bug. it would be really sweet if the client/bug logging could capture a few seconds previous all the actions did. it could be similar to how RTS and some FPS games capture highlights and replays without it being a video. When the NDA is removed we can stream content and use clips as video evidence as to what happened.

do you know how many cosmetics i've missed over the years? way too many to count. I hate platform specific cosmetics the most because I don't have that platform.

limited edition cosmetics are there to show the dedication, or luckyness, of a person. I'm sure DS will have some raffle style pre-alpha keys given out.

when they're ready to announce the test they'll email everyone first stating they're going with the test and when it'll happen and to expect another email closer to that date.

both is fine but don't post a novel on discord about your feedback or bug. the forums are better suited for that. using discord to reproduce and walk through a bug is fine but not for a write up. using discord voice to chat with people while testing is also good.

i'd prefer something like this to be an optional thing. i like the elements but don't cover the screen unless it's a blind ability.

discord is the worst method because the search is limited and it's impossible to provide proper feedback for the team to look review later.
