I understand your points, but i think you will never find THE MMO you want to play if you not even try it.

The Pledgepacks are for me actual totally okay, since the bigger packs, even with this governor thing are quite okay for me. It says nothing else that someone can have a special name in it. How many it will be? I guess just a hand full.

I would be happy, if you would reverse your decision.

For the point of THE MMO, i‘m still believing, Dynamight can do it. To be a bit like the good old UO, a bit like Diablo 2 just in Openworld and a bit like a themepark with a strong story.

My Mains are usually women, but sometimes there is a male character involved in my mainly played characters.
For me this are mostly also more feminine characters, because i‘m not a man and can‘t think like a man.

I understand that man/boys like to play female characters, especially in games where they are sexy. But very often you can easily unhide them as a real woman.

I don't trust anymore any of promises by Blizzard, since they broke so many promises for WoW.
Yes i know i sound silly, but the Dancing Studio was a real thing for my second theme guild "Dance with me!"... it never came, same as with so many other things.
They can burn in hell in my opinion. They have so much money and just drain the milk from their customers without giving them all the things they demanded over all the years.
And much things would be easy peasy developement effort for them.

If i get a good service or a good quality of the product and a plus in usabilty, then i am willing to pay more.

Thats with almost everything in our life, not just at games.

Sure, you can buy a T-Shirt for 5 Euro at Primark, or even a 10 Euro at the countless fashion stores with trademarks. Yes it is easy to go to a big outlet store and come back with a brand new filled closet for less money.
But at the end we all pay for it, because we destroyed lifes at third world countries and on top our planet.

If we compare it with the gaming market:
Yes, we can buy cheap games, but at the end we just have cheap games produced by wage slaves.

beside said things, the weekly drawings can give you a nice boost.
But to be honest, all people in the range of 40k are here for more than 10 month.
I'm not at 40k yet and i joined 10 months ago. I missed the first weeks the daily 50 points, but i'm quite active since many months, so it is not surprising to be on top.
It's all about patience.

Is there some way to get higher up faster? Can you get points from sponsorship packages or something?

It is you making "faster" with the points you can get from weekly drawings .
You can't buy them.

I was talking with him today about, if he would be interested in Testing/Streaming Fractured, if it is in Alpha and he said that he is open to take it in his Streams, when it is playable.

He has over 1700 Follower and he likes to show and talk about MMOs, Sandboxgames and such stuff.

I can understand your thoughts about this and the fear behind it.

But for first, they just said a new player is equal to an old player and i was interpreting always this way, that it is meant into pure character stats, means, if you compare each character „naked“ to each other with same skillset, they are equal. Not like in other games, where a level 1 character is more weak than a level 20 character, because it‘s character values raise with each level.
So DS never lied in thi case.

Also they said, that Knowledge makes you stronger.
That makes much sense in my eyes, because why we should collect knowledge if it does not give us advantage?
So it will be so, that an old character with more Knowledge will be stronger than a fresh player.
Also not lied about this case by DS.

And then, they also said, that theoretically a new player can defeat an old one. This is caused in chosing the right skills at the right time. Especially since DS said, that the first level of skills are easy to get.
My example was always if a new player chose fire resistance, then an old player with super hot fireball but no Armor can do nothing against him and the new player just can hit him down with his Axe.

As for the values, we not even know how it feels ingame or how they will solve not to give a too high gap between player.
For Balancing discussions we really should wait till we did first steps ingame.

I am someone who likes antiquated forums, but new hot stuff aswell (per example Discord).
Reddit i tried several times, but i got no crush on it.
I just don't like the chaotic design and its fast changing informations.
It is more like "You got it, but you forgot it."
I like the slowmo, slow living, slow consuming, slow being.
Reddit is envogue as hell, i understand that... somehow same as Instagram.
Same reason i don't use Insta, i also don't use Reddit, because it is not slow.

I am appreciating much, that the Dynamights don't press me into using it, as other studios do, who not have an own forum anymore.

@benseine i guess it will be a long way to balance PVP while Alpha and Beta... that will be our task to give DS response about it. But i think it is simply too early to state anything out of a simple screenshot with simple imagined values.
Yes, we see this values, but i think they are not even that what we get at the end.
And i agree i see it same, fair fights, good designed sieges and other interesting competitions is, what us all leaded to Fractured. Just hope DS will follow this path.

I did not waited for the game, but it made me sad that they just made one season of the serie.
