About the Beta is no information around and it is a bit too early to say, when a beta will start.
The Pre-Alpha will be at the end of the year followed by Alpha 1.
@templer There are 3 different playstyles combines with the races. The daemon area per example will be the PVP Zone.
There are many infos still around, The Spotlights will give you some first view to all and then there is a nice Thread about all we still know. It is linked in my signature.
Because the different playtypes.
The single races have different kind of origins and are allat a special high knowledge. So it makes sense to establish them on different areas. If it is just a country or a whole planet is depending on their story. The story of Fractured based in a multi fractured planet system.

The Alpha Access you can buy with Kickstarter.
The Pre-Alpha can get with the Foundation or Weekly drawing. That means, you need a bit effort to be able to win an Pre-Alpha Key.
Thats all readable in the Foundation on the Fractured page.
I suggest really to read the News, FAQs and the All we know Thread, Links you find in my signature or on the startpage of Fractured.
The game will be buy to play, will have an optional VIP membership too and it has an Itemshop.
But the Shop and VIP will be no pay to win.
@iSkyGam3r i doubt there are much games out there with similar idea and system.
And also we will not know yet, how good the game will be.
But what all the people who are still a while here can say, the idea, the concept is very good. And the Devs shows at the moment too, that they are good ones 
@Danuchito we all want to know it as soon as possible, BUT we are realistic, since the developement just started around a year ago with a great idea.
As you saw, the dates for Pre-Alpha and Alpha 1 are targeted.
All other the Devs can not say, before this started.
But you can count with at least around 2 years till release.

Like „Oh wow, this is exactly what i searched for, why i did not see it earlier?“ and then as reading about all things like „Come on, it would be too nice if it comes true!“ and in the next moment „Wahhhhh, I WANT IT!“
@Jetah don‘t you know the great Mutawakel? It just can kill everyone if it is in mood. And a non magical talented character could oversee this possibility.
Hehe @Gothix i can imagine how funny that would be.
Also i can imagine, that it will be possible to play Anti-Magic, since you will learn from the things you do. So just preventing to use any magical influence could be a cool thing for an Roleplay Character.
Just think about, how derisive you could be against using magic.

There are some Informations, like first Videoclips from ingame models, effects and world.
Also we still know about the (Pre) Alpha-Start in late 2018.
Also we can imagine that the game will need at least 2 years to go into release.
We also know, that there will be a kickstarter soon (possible this June).
A quite good timeline for now.
More is not possible to set yet.
Just no rush, make it the right way.
Fast throwings at the market often strike hard back.
