The last game I was in testing with they wanted you to stop and submit the bug where you saw it such as falling through the world or other bug. The reason was their bug software could track the location you were at in the game and that gave the developers information they could use to trace the bug. I think you would lose that information if the bugs were just reported in a discord or chat channel.

I think one thing about this game also is that you not locked into a specific skill set. I can learn all of them if I want to take the time and pay the cost. I'm hoping that will let people adjust their skill to fit the scenario or what is needed in the group.

I can understand starting an attack/spell and then changing your mind. Maybe that big bad whatever is bigger and badder than you thought. If you do interrupt a spell or attack move then you should do no damage since you interrupted it. It should not reduce the attack or spell cast time of another move.
I'm also thinking more of the one cast or attack for the movement like 1 fire ball or 1 sword swing not continuously channeled spells/attacks or music. If a channeled spell/attack can be channeled for 30 seconds but I interrupt it after 15 then I should only do 15 seconds worth of damage.
I guess I also mean that if the spell/attack and the animation are the same. For example a spell/attack that should take .5 seconds does not have an animation that is .8 seconds. To me though this would be a bug that would need to be fixed not some work around that I need to do to short circuit the animation.

I think I'm with those that would prefer not to see it. If the spell or attack move is designed to take .5 seconds then it should take .5 seconds. There was a reason the Devs designed it that way. Whether I know and agree with that reason or not is irrelevant.
My issue with it is that I think it would lead to more you must have skills a,b, and c and you must enter them in a specific order to get the cool down reduced. To me that would take away from the game and having those 400 skills available to me. I don't want another game where someone tells me you must do it this way.

I've never really played the mini-games offered with the exception of festive games... like around holidays or Octoberfest type of events. Never really saw the appeal of logging into one game to play another.

I don't think we've heard anything about how summoning skills will work yet or really any of the skills. We can make reasonable assumptions about most of them.
They have mentioned that portals will require a ritual which may be like your summoning circle. I'm not sure if that would extend to summoning creatures. The creatures may be more like summon x creature for 15 sec type of skill.
