Same here, I have tried logging/out separate and attached to the wagon. I did the same thing with the hand cart, still no change. I tried with the Sell-Buy button positions in combo with the above, still the same. Also changed the prices, still no change. I tried withdrawing the stone (6) that it allowed me to put in, saying my cart was full (it wasn't) I tried with an Alt, same thing so it wasn't my character. *also I am a Vice Gov, but there doesn't appear to be any special permissions needed. I will attempt wood and see if its any different.

The blocks can be mined while standing where I am on the screen shot. However, once mined you cannot pick up the blocks of stone. I tried to go up around the entire hill as it was just a small hill and you are not able to climb it. I included the loc in the screen shot 3711 w 3156 N
