good list, here are some more:
Quan Zhi Gao Shou (The Kings Avatar) --> not especially a vrmmo or summon in another world, but a pro player in an mmo and his adventures (pretty much one of the best series)

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari --> summon to another world but being the 3rd wheel and try to get rid of

Only Sense Online --> vrmmo game with everything playermade and the main char is a support/craftsmen

Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou --> getting summoned into another world as the lowest of classmates, incidents happen, boom hes pretty much overpowered and a psycho

Overlord --> im suprised this gem was forgotten, an MMO world is getting abandoned and cancelled, one of the strongest players want to wait on the servers to get shut down, they dont but the world is now alive. So now he is trying to get the Overlord of this world

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken --> summoned into another world ... as slime pretty funny

its an anime you can really enjoy
an MMO game is getting a VRMMO but no way back to the reallife
so they establish a society and getting pretty much progress done
and the main character is "The Villain in Glasses"
a genius in tactics
