I have to agree I've seen plenty of fights where skill was more important than numbers. Players who spend a lot of time practicing their PK skills will have a definite advantage over players who try to jump into it without previously skirmishing with friends or other practice.

Do we know that all skills will use Int to learn? Maybe some skills will be based on other stats anyway and having a lot of int wont provide benefits for learning those skills.

I kinda want to say yes just because it would be funny to hear people cry about their characters' food or bee or whatever allergies. But I don't want my character to have allergies so I'm going to say no too.
I have enough allergies in real life.
