@MrBd I think it is because of the direction of building. I saw the other direction (the default one) at Oran Thul and there the Blueprint is standing on the platform. Valhalla also has turned the building too and we have same misplacement. Also for the Bug Report, i would change the Title to a more precise one, like "Siege building - misplaced catapult blueprint" or so.

This looks great but I think I'd go with the Ice AOE spell instead of the Shockwave. Maybe try both and see which works better, but I love to ice gangs of wolves. They go right down.

I think I encountered something like this as well when I was messing around the other day, but wasn't sure if executing anyone in general was supposed to generate negative karma, or just good players. Nice catch!
