@Gothix I've for the most part always checked the foundation to check if the quest is available before going to the forum to make a post and while i haven't tried to nail down the exact time i've at least figured out that so long as it's past 3am here in Sweden it should be available, be it DST or not 
Due to there not being a "support" (be it ticket system or just simply a sub forum) system i'll put this here since it seems closest to one..¿
So, for a bit over a week the daily post quest has gotten "stuck" and takes 2 days to become available again, it has been 5..? instances of it happening now in a row, and i've pretty much for the most part only posted around the same time so that shouldn't be the problem, i've had it happen on occasion in the past too but due to the rarity i didn't really think much about it, but now.. >> post (gets points) >> next day sees the quest isn't available (even if i make a post the points in the foundation doesn't increase, so probably not a case of it just visually stuck checked) >> next day again, it's available and so i make a post and thus it repeats.
Hmm.. just going to try but the quest is stuck again, and it looks like it's been every other day.. so i guess basically.. when i complete the quest it doesn't get cleared the next day but the day after?.. posting around the same time as usual too, how weird
edit: typically updates the points right away but nada, 'tis stuck
Hmm.. the daily post mission got stuck twice in.. 4 days or something?
