@Prometheus So when can we expect this? In a week, a month? What kind of mounts are we looking at here?

Warfare/leadership are meant to be “magic” for heavy armor.
There are magical equivalents to the warfare/leadership skills.
I would like a restriction to heavy, but I am willing to settle for a medium/heavy restriction.
