Perhaps just an icon next to the name if possible. This is good idea. Militias are tie to cities right, therefore, IF every city will have its own original banner from where it is identifiable on the spot, perhaps this same banner can be shown on the map next to the city as well but in addition in these militia icons (which can be e.g. shields). That way people can easily link a militia icon to a specific city when they see one.

      I think this has more to do with the super short pvp duration you outlined. If you gang up on someone and use a single stun, the opponent may not ever get to do anything before being KO. Longer fights would allow for more action and bring the spell caster crowd control abilities (often combined with damage) more into focus, especially in more than 1v1 fights. Silynx

Therefore, I feel the appropriate measure is to buff all player's Endurance/Life and proportionally increase the amount of damage PvE enemies do. As Nekrage has pointed out, this would be quite a bit of work, but I feel that ultimately it is the proper solution, as having separate ability descriptions or mechanics for PvE and PvP is quite complicated (especially with the sheer amount of abilities in Fractured) and would result in a negative play experience. 100% this.

      Having militia rank based on who gets the last hit in a PvP battle is a bad design in my opinion. All players involved in a fight should be getting credit, even if it's split among'st all players involved. Currently support, cc'ers, and even spell casters have a hard time getting killing blows. PvP becomes less about team work and more about who is getting that last hit in.

      @Razvan Totally, but as passive on weapon (in case of stun on blunt weapon either make the chance to stun bigger or make stun longer - one handed weapon can be dual wielded ... so far we dont know how dual wield will be made, but lets assume it gives you faster attack speed or bonus attack. In any case you get more chances to land hit and more chances to stun). Even without any other bonuses medium weapons have like 50% attack speed over large slow weapons, small weapons are twice faster. Also skills like Shield block will further nerf damage of huge 2hs as one can block ( 2x more often than faster weapons). Wonder how high block high evasion dude will be killed by slow 2h warrior (only hope are probably "cannot miss" attacks witch lucky crits ). @GorTavaro Imo logically it would be like "dexterity affects your parry chance, strength affects amount blocked", but that would pidgeonhole low DEX chars into sword and board. And yes, evasion certainly seems viable, you would need a lot of DEX which would give you attack speed and if you had staff you might get more stuns thus further increasing your survivability. But you wouldnt be warrior, but monk

      @Prometheus That's the only one we tested with I believe. This could be unique to Inspire in this case however a guild member says he THINKS the heals suffered from it too.

      I think Nekrage (the op) explained it best and seemingly has way more knowledge than I do. It needs to be something else in-game that is told to people on if it is in and how it works. I personally don't think it should be a super rare thing then you have people that just get left out of everything and may not have time to remake a character just to hopefully not mess it up. That's poor design and accessibility. Even Blizzard learned this I assume there will be something and hopefully it's just not needlessly hindering and/or something only pvp people can get.

      @Vortech It will reduce the amount of people abusing this. Additionally if they wish to provide further funding then so be it. Could moderate that as well and limit the amount of clients that could run on one computer.

      I agree that feature should be highlighted, especially in hindsight of the ongoing competition. Maybe even link a short youtube video about it (from a fan, so the developers don't have to spend time) with the annoucement?
