if city is gone, you can join a new one if they will have you. That being the case, there is only 1 more day until the servers go down for the wipe, and they come back up on Thursday and you'll have to rejoin a new city and remake your character as it is, so probably moot now.

Thanks Arcahem, it worked. A few months ago somehow my discord was broadcasting messages probably due to a virus and I must've gotten banned because of it. Now I have 2FA and this should have solved the problem. Thank you!

because this is a Beta, there really isn't a process, just like there is no Unique name filter. At release, things should be different, at worst during a Beta, you just make a new character, especially as there is a total wipe coming in like 9 days anyway
