None of them have been implemented yet.. so it is difficult to tell. With that said, there are specific gods that will certainly influence your character on other planets... such as Babilis and Tyros which is detailed in the news articles about the Deities and referenced on the Wiki.

Just don't complain, come morning, about the "price" you had to pay during the night!!!

You can check the kind of enchanting that will be allowed here http://theshadowempire.net/public_enchantments.php This will show you how enchanting is done and what enchantments are able to be added to items currently. Currently there are only 2 tiers, but a third will be introduced into the game later. Each tier gives more numerical benefits.

Quite sure all the governors are already in a guild already, but that doesn't mean that you are not able to govern a city. You will just have to wait until the test actually starts, and then collect the amount of gold needed to purchase a city, and then populate it.

So just because your guild does not have a governor in it, don't fret... there is a way to rule.

They have real nice holding cells as well!! Mine came stocked with a bed and a pillow!!!!! heck, even @Alexian gave me some of his nice silk sheets and quilts to use!!! I still can't believe he left them laying there for anyone that happened by to take... I mean.. it was a very good thing that I safe kept them in my cell with me instead of letting a roaming scoundrel steal them right off his bed, right?
