      With Sieges nowhere to be seen at the end of the month of a roughly month-long test that had sieges as one of its highlights, its time to bump this thread again and point out how harming the current testing setup is to the game, trust of its community and developers health . Not to mention, its very unhealthy for the developers to be in neverending cycles of stress, very harsh deadlines and 12+hr workdays/weekends. Every test is the same, promising features for next test and Prometheus overworking himself every time. Prometheus, please, change how testing is done. I am/We are asking this for good of the game and your own health and well-being. Edit: With this, im going back to my sleepy slumber, if you react to me, expect an answer within a week or two when i look on the forums again

      Tbh it really depends on what the devs have in mind for Syndesia. If they really want solo players to be a part of this world then the PVP toggle would not be a bad idea, but that in fact is basically what you have with the militias, so not sure how the Criminal System would fit in there. The militias are supposed to be at city level, each city having the possibility to create their own player militia (this what was said by the devs when Militias were presented last year), and who ever wants to join the Militia has the right to kill and full loot members of other militias without affecting their karma. This is basically the CvC that you guys were talking about I believe and also works as a PvP toggle as you only interact with other players that are interested in PvP. But again, this removes completely the need of a Criminal System and the danger for players that do not join a militia. I think we all agree that the problem is not really that reds exist but the zergs that are being practiced. Considering that unlike other games the skills come directly from farming a specific mob and not by unlocking them just by gaining xp, the fact that reds are camping certain areas to keep the mobs in there just for themselves makes PvErs (not so used to PvP) and solo players unable to acquire certain KP and skills. I could suggest having a time slot where certain areas would be at peace, so that these players would get their chance to advance in the game. Archeage for example has a system like that for the not safe areas. There is a period of tension that according to the level of pvp on going there escalates up to war and then comes 1h peace. Not saying it has to work the same way, just throwing an idea and example there. btw @Rife The devs already confirmed that there will not be sieges in Arb. They are still coming up with the system but it will not involve PVP.

      The first time I saw the armor differences between the qualities, the only thought I had was "okay, so it does not matter". I agree that it should be increased somewhat, so that you can at least actually tell a difference.

      @Ostaff ohh i had similar, but i always thought i just moved out from the finishing process. But it happened so less, that i didn't noticed it could be a problem, just sometimes i wondered like "oh i can't add another one, i already addes all i needed?". But yeah, from time to time the building didn't started after filling up all and you have to click manually.

      100% agree. Loading the packs one by one into the wagon is tedious, but fine as part of the Fractured experience. But having to click through 3 different UI "steps" before picking up 1 pack is ridiculous.

      @Ostaff It is only taking a few seconds because you are the one initiating it all the time. The other player has to accept the trade, before it commences.

I fear that our option has very little impact on the availability of the functionality. Yes, there is some influence, but the main deciding factor is certainly what the developers can get done by that time. Remember, it's a 'nice to have, if things work out just fine' and sadly, in programming and especially game development, things working 'just fine' is more of an ultra rare I hear ya! I build webapps myself so I know the pain Just seems that there wasnt a clear winner, would be good to 'visualise' the results - like you say, its likely the devs will grap the low hanging fruit regardless.

      So mounts with lots of pole arms that ground people can use, but mounters can not. Completely different skills that can only be used when mounted and not on foot. Ability to kill the mount leaving the mounted in a bad position as their skills are all mount only skills (less they were smart and kept a couple that are foot related) and of course the ability for the mounted to become unbalanced and fall off their mounts. Which if they are heavily armored, will become a major problem for them standing back up

And yes, I really enjoy it Also, the new DLC for it comes out in 7 days. can't wait. It's very versatile and the crafting system has some nice parts to it. Also, co-op is very entertaining Let me know if you get it, and I will show you the ropes.... err... well.. take you into the adventure that is
