      I agree with you, I also feel like the amount of hitpoints for some mobs is just too big right now.

      In the mage set I only have 1800 mana points and apart from wolfs, sproces, small spiders, etc I often get depleted of mana before killing it, and that's just using attack spells, if I use the support spells it gets even worse. I know that mana pots are going to help a lot but overaal I think it would be good to have some balancing in the DPS and time to kill mobs

    • Is the road speed boost implemented?

      I remember @Prometheus mentioning that travelling is an important part of the game, and that walking in the roads would give you a speed boost which is a great idea!

      I'm not sure it's implemented. I've tested with a friend to be sure if there was a boost and we could not tell that there was

      having a boost of 30% to even 50% would be great! maybe not even that much but something.

      A nice implementation for it would be:

      after 1 minute walking in a road you get a 30% speed boost canceled by any atack from other player or mob, that way you help the travelers, without players abusing it to hunt mobs or other players

      just an idea

      Maybe if you time the silence right before it heals itself you can kill it but that's byond my point, the point is it's too hard to be killed by a solo player specially considering there are many other gobblings around. I'm talking more of a balancing and tuning thing.

    • Gobblin Enforcer can't be killed by solo mage

      With the basic mage skills (firebolt, magic missiles) killing the enforcer is nearly impossible.

      So I climbed a rock that is unreacheble to the enforcer gobling and even fireing everything on his huge life combined with his insane healing skill makes it impossible to kill it! I ran out of mana and couldn't kill it.

      It would be nice if his life and healing were adjusted to make it possible for a solo player to kill

      Edit I noticed that with the implementation of mana potions killing it would be more possible but I still believe it is a bit overpowered specially considering the large population of gobblins together

    • players can steal carts and get in your house

      If you try to access a carts inventory it says it belongs to someone else and wont't let you, but if you take it for a spin, it becomes yours and you can now take it away and access the inventory.

      You can get open and close someone elses houses door and enter.

      I believe that only you and maybe your friends (currently not available in game) should be able to open your door and get inside and operate your cart.

    • Monster respawn animation bug?

      Some mobs like the green wisps stay dead on the ground. They stay there until respawn and the way the respawn happens is what I Believe to be the problem:

      The dead mob is suddenly dragged from the dead position where you killed it, to the respawn position as if it flew really fast through your screen, instead of havving the dead one desintegrate and have a new one pop on the respawn location, as if the game was recycling that dead one: givving it life and dragging it to the respawn position.

      Saw the same with the Antree

      I was playing 30/11/19 and experienced these same problems:

      -- Word of power: Heal not working
      Tried using on a friend and myself and any other way, but couldn't

      -- latency spiking to over 1000ms causing major problems. it happenned a couple of times one was at 11:05 of this morning

      @Darian What an unnecessary douchy comment man... Genobee´s concearn is a valid one! There are many ways to give your opinion without beeing rude. Maybe the dificulty due to mouse movement is a nice feature to make Fractured a more competitive game prone to favouring the better skilled player! I actually agree with you =D

      @vulkan Thanks man!! I´ll be follwing you then.

      To clarify: There is no NDA (Non disclosure agreement) on the alpha 1 and others onward, that only apllied for the pre-alpha phase and it means that the players taking part in it cannot reaveal (disclose) anything about it whether it is images, information or video!

      It makes sense otherwise people unaware might judge it based on its premature state as if it whore the finished thing what could potentially hurt the games image.

      This topic is meant to help people find Alpha 1 participants who are willing to share/stream/upload videos on gamaplay and overall informations on this testing fase with the rest of us mortals!

      For me the strong focus on dodging/eliminating/avoiding the grinding is one of the main diferentials on this game!

      Other then the isometric camera, it is nothing like diablo dispite the comments above.

      The focus on long and risky expeditions to accuire resources without fast travel also sets it appart for me.

      I love the three worlds three gameplays in harmony proposal!

      The fact that gear is not going to set you appart from the crowd, instead its your skill and knoledge of the game that might give you the upper hand!

    • Question about Patron pledge Pack

      Hi!

      So i bought the patron pledge pack and have a couple of questions i havn´t found answered in the forum.

      1. In the description of the patron pledge features it says in one of them:
        "Reserve unique character name"
        I interpreted it as: I get to choose a character name now and it will be reserved or taken to me when the game in launched.

      Did I understand it corectly? If not what does that mean?

      1. If I understood it corectly, How can I reserve the name? When will this be available? Souldn´t it be already available? I´ve already created a demonic character but that was before the purchase.

      The item system of Fractured strongly empathizes equipment replaceability, so the average armor or weapon will be made of common materials and it will be easy for a player to craft a whole new set if he loses his own - or to buy it from another player, of course. The geographic distribution of resources will play a big role in this - a material might be common in a region of Tartaros but "rare" for you because you live on Syndesia and hell there are really a few merchants who dare to go THERE to trade or gather - and if they do bring back some, they sell it at 20 times the price it's found at the local market. That being said, there will be bosses, rare resources and rare items, but they are not the core of progression in Fractured. You aim will be to learn as many things as you can so you can vary your build as much as possible, and to have a steady supply of materials (not only for crafting - food as well!) for your everyday life. I'll be bold and say Fractured's progression is really something different from anything you've seen so far :slight_smile:

      As for "levels", there are no levels in Fractured, so the right questions could be "how long will it take me to learn all the abilities and spells and proficiencies against different families of creatures". The answer is: hundreds and hundreds of hours, but that's a misleading answer, since to collect all of that is your personal choice as your character will be already competitive on day one.

      I´m beggining to understand it better! The "problem is that Fractured is so revolutionary in some basic premisses that as an old mmo player it is dificult to imagine some situations hahaha!

      Well that is clarifying! If I understood corectly that means that the quality of the gear is of small variety and doesn´t really influence the competitive perfomance of PvP that much, and good competitive gear is easy to come by. Is that correct?

      I used to think that the crafiting of the game would produce among many things, these beter tier, rare, beter performing gear items, but appearently not

      I wonder then what would the rare resources combined with crafting produce?(abilities maybe?) And what would make raids to collect resources you wont find in tartaros, worth it? To gain beter competitivness edge that is, I mean besides geting resourses for buildings etc

      I´ll keep searchinf the forum for that but I´d really apriciate if someone could shine some light on that! =D
