@Mindriot First of all try checking if you have already bought the pack: https://fracturedmmo.com/store/my-history/#money
After you are sure you haven't purchased it already then like @Zori said if you haven't already then try using a different browser, because it could be a pop-up problem.
And if even that doesn't work try from a different device, like your smartphone or laptop/tablet.
If you are using chrome, it does prevent some kind of pop-ups from opening so you can try disabling chrome's safe browsing option (temporarily) and then enable it after the purchase, if you don't know how to disable "safe browsing" just search it on youtube.
