@Fizzbob @TekNicTerror the Fleshing Beam in the screenshot seems to be inside of a private land parcel. Does that land parcel belong to you / did the owner set the Fleshing Beam to public?

@Kralith we didn't do anything eheh. Is it possible you though the tax is a tax for leaving your harbor, when it's actually a tax for arriving at your harbor?
