      Hi all,

      the following fixes will be released today in the afternoon in a hotfix patch. Apologies for the inconveniences these bugs have caused!

      • Marketplaces no longer show the wrong city by default even though the filter says "this city". This is the reason why players could not fill buy and sell orders on Myr - Western NPC Village aside.
      • Food sacks can now be picked up from packaging stations.
      • Progression of tutorial monsters is now hidden after leaving the Tutorial Island.
      • Farming plots can now be placed in cities on Aerhen.

      Hi all,

      the following fixes will be released today in the afternoon in a hotfix patch. Apologies for the inconveniences these bugs have caused!

      • Members of a settler group now retain their group membership when relogging.
      • Players can no longer die in the Tutorial Island, only get knocked-out.
      • Leaving the Tutorial Island now automatically sets the "last respawn shrine" to the chosen NPC city in the mainland.
      • The cost to claim a city is now correctly 50k instead of 100k.
      • All plants on Aerhen now drop plant fibers.
      • Pins for mines are now visible on the Aerhen world map.
      • All marketplace operations now work correctly. Placing sell and buy orders was sometimes impossible.
      • Changing continent should no longer hang the client on "traveling to X". The bug was rare and could not be reproduced on our side, so we aren't 100% sure that this is actually fixed, but hopefully so.
      • Fixed a client performance issue when running over bridges with fog particles.
      • Crafting mastery for weapons no longer resets on logout.

      Don't worry, the image is purely an example. The fact you need cereals from the beginning is correct though, but that's because we've made the growth of plants twice as fast as it used to be. You can now get a rice yield in 24 hours, so growth will not be "locked" for long, and high-fertility cities will be more important from day 1 πŸ™‚

      That's something we still need to decide πŸ™‚ The option of 1 citizenship / land parcel per planet is on the table.

      @spoletta @OlivePit @DarthJafo @Vialli correct, we forgot to reset the counter :S we're going to subtract the old numbers from the current ones to determine the actual playtime in this test to assign the 2h+ title πŸ™‚

      Hi @CoachFubar @Zamuel, the servers have never been in EU, always US East. We're experiencing a bug which is causing DDOS-like conditions, with tens of thousands of commands (packets/requests) being sent each second. Servers are still stable, which is great, but it obviously causes all commands to be processed more slowly, hence the latency.

      Due to the recent backend engine update, we've lost the possibility to breakdown commands by type. This will be re-implemented in a later update, but for now we're left without means to figure out what is causing this. The issue comes back soon after a restart. We'll keep investigating, but I'm not sure we'll be able to fix it by the end of the alpha weekend. Apologies 😞

      Changes

      • Each chat message can now be 128 characters long at most. This applies to all chats (local, global, etc).
      • The chat can now contain 128 messages at most. Older messages are deleted as new messages are added.
      • Chat messages now become invisible 60 seconds after they are received. They are not deleted - when the chat is in focus (i.e. when typing a message or if forced through the lock icon), they all become visible again.

      Bug Fixes

      • The Fast Metabolism talent now works correctly (it actually did nothing before).

      Thanks for the feedback Sepoy. The game is indeed very much lacking when it comes to telling you what to do after the tutorial is over. Most new players feel lost like you because they don't know how character progression works in practice, even though you are taught how to learn new abilities in the tutorial. We've got a long way to go and we're going to improve on that before the start of the next test πŸ™‚

      We definitely have to make some improvements to the siege system, including respawning and the banner destruction mechanic as a whole. We're going to come up with something before the start of the next test πŸ™‚

      Hi @DJUAN994, thank you for the feedback. The tutorial is indeed very basic at the moment and talents as a whole are missing entirely. We're definitely going to add a step explaining talent presets like we do with abilities before we hit the beta!

      @hooby thanks for the report, we've added all the inconsistencies to our bug backlog and it's all going to be fixed by the start of the next test - or maybe even the next patch on Monday πŸ™‚

      @GamerSeuss I understand you mean well, but please don't be so negative with people posting bugs that aren't "critical" - I noticed you've done that often during this test. Every bug report is precious, even if it's just some wrong texts!

      Also there is an Unlearnbutton, that should not be there, and it is grayed out, so you can't "unlearn" it. It also don't take a point, it is more a ghost.
