      You can't compare the PvE times of a person to a party of 5, because the party will have specialized roles and no downtime. As a solo person, you have to sacrifice damage, sustain, or tankiness, which means that you'll either kill slower or have downtime.

      Going back to the topic, the game should have solo content, but the focus should remain on coop. If we don't have much solo content now, it doesn't mean we never will.

      I'd argue what OP said makes more sense: tank / healer / dd is not a stone scisors paper situation, but archer > mage, mage > warrior, warrior > archer is.

      I'm the most excited by mounts and how they help to transport goods faster than we did in the previous test.
      I'm glad that the farming system is more advanced than plant seed, wait a day, collect crops as in other games. I hope we will be able to do small scale farming on hermit plots.
      I don't really like the new death mechanics. They are better than what we had in the past, but still not very good. I don't quite understand what does the health system try to achieve and my bigest complaint about it is how people don't insta die when they are killed in pvp, which will make the zvz terribly long and boring unless a side completely steamrolls the other.

      Since it's a guild thing I think the main idea is, as @dj35 said, to have dedicated farmers. Maybe it's not your thing, but some people like to farm. Others like to pvp, pve, craft, gather resources, play the market, organize guild events and so on.

      The devs said in the past that demons won't be able to unlock some abilities (because some areas in Arboreus are restricted to them) and we need resources for all 3 planets for high end gear. This pretty much explains that mats and abilities are not the same across planets.

      This is the most reasonable solution imo. Maybe there could be a great number of possible locations, out of which only 10% are active on a given time. One of the things not being discussed on invasions is that demons will also fight each other. Sooner or later, bigger demon guilds will realize it's more profitable and it takes less effort to camp the portal exit and kill the demons that spawn instead of hunting humans.

      Long distance group teleport should never be a thing. This really just defeats the whole idea of transporting goods = dangerous.

      It will most likely be the way it is with items crafted from wood: each alloy has a specific bonus that is applied to the item. Making it otherwise would make other crafting trees less powerful compared to smithing since they can't mix different types of leathers or wood.

      You have to expand on that because no everyone played Minecraft.
      You can already improve the max durability of items, with durability enchant or using a base material that gives a durability bonus, but these just increase the maximum decay value.

      You can have item sinks even with a repair system. For example, in Albion, when someone dies, each item in their inventory has a 30% chance to trash.

      Maybe the item durability should be increased a bit, but other than that I don't think it's such a big problem. If you want to always wear top gear, I guess you can bulk farm regeants and then craft a few sets (that's what I did in the previous tests anyway).

      If you're active on the forums, it's not that hard. I've only been here for a year, level 308. Haven't recruited anyone. Being active (daily points, weekly drawings, points from surveys and newletters) gets you a lot of points.
