I suggest that you ask on Discord, there's many players there which answer these types of questions.

In any case fencing is usually based on bleeding or on battlemage builds. Sometimes both.

They are added manually. Periodically the devs grab all the new accounts and give them access. The last time happened just a few hours ago.

That was in an old version of the game.
Now you just need to rank 2/4 to access the next rank.

Usually this is due to using totems. They are known to have weird effects on mobs, including making them rubber band.

You can't play from Glyph in any case, since that launcher has been abandoned when Dynamight and Gamigo separated.
To play now you would need to transfer back your account from Glyph to Dynamight launcher, but there is no way to have it on Steam as far as I know.

The game follows a buy to play model, so no at the moment it isn't free, even though we just had a free weekend of it.

After you log onto the website, you have a "Play" button on top which lets you download the game.
