It has been found that server resets makes item disappear from refining stations, it already got the attention of the devs.

3 I believe that the devs said no to this one. The basic ground simply looks terrible without grass on it.
4 Weather effects right now are just cosmetic, but in the future they will have gameplay effects. Turning them off would make the player unable to understand what is happening.

There could be multiple reasons for this.

Did you purchase it on Steam or Glyph? If yes, did you migrate the account?

If you purchased it on the Fractured website, did you later play on Glyph? If yes, did you migrate back?

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

Mouse movement is intended to make run shooting take effort. After you practice your hand at it, you will notice that it can be done easily. That's how it works in MOBA games already.

If it says that the transfer code is wrong, then you migrated the wrong account.

Mind that Glyph will generate the transfer token even on accounts without access to Fractured, but obviously those codes will then give an error during the migration process.
