The plan is to wipe just once at the end of the beta.

There's nothing stopping adding additional (small) residential areas here and there.

As I said and as shown in the screens by Olive though, we already have some areas which are very far from the city.

I disagree on having housing spots near mob zones. Remember that an house is a safe spot, so it could prove very troublesome.

Also, the donation system to the shrines seems nice.

No idea about the Mac client, but the game is buy to play. There will be an optional subscription that will provide some cosmetic or similar bonuses.

The game has been evolving to become MORE solo friendly. The current system is extremely solo friendly and if anything it has issues in being very penalizing for organizations.

Depends on the city. Some have very near residential areas.

You can be citizien of a city and resident of another. That's the closest thing to what you are asking.
