So during the process of building a house in a claimed plot, once the first two stages are complete (stone foundation), the wood floor is next. It is in this instance that if any items are left inside the building the floor glitches over them. This prevents interaction with said items as well as prevents the application of resources to floor for construction. I found this out with one wheelbarrow and 4 birch logs inside the house.

@finland Completely agree. I think balance could get crazy out of whack, and honestly we will have a ton of options to create out own style.
