RE: I wonder
Forget the C, look at the F. Notice how the upper line is actually shorter than the lower one. Nobody but a heretic would dare do such a thing.

RE: Spotlight concerns about balance/class locking
As far as I know you can’t train the attributes. However, whenever you enter the resting phase near a fire, you are able to reassign Talent points, so you won’t have a problem with that.
For the arrow issue, I doubt they will include replenishing quivers, seeing that Fractured is based around crafting. However they may do something similar to Skyrim, and make it such that an arrow has no carry weight, meaning that you would be able to carry around thousands.
As you mentioned, there has been discussion about how mages seem to be at a major advantage, and it is up to the dev to balance that out.

RE: Weave Fracture cataclysm, Elysium lore into exploration
It has been confirmed that their will be no story driven quest lines, but we do know that there will be some lore. However this lore doesn’t involve a modern world like you suggested as far as I know. In the first spotlight, it disscussed some parts of the lore from different perspectives, and from what I gather, the Fracture was caused by a group of human traitors how sided with a demon army lead by a blood demon. The beastmen got their own shielded world, Arboreus, and the demons were sent to Tartaros.
I apologize if I got any parts of the lore wrong (I probably did), and I hope you have a nice day!

RE: Game Mechanics I want to see
I don’t know about a lot vertical movement, since this game is isometric, but using grappling hooks to swing through forests of caves would be fun.
As for limb targeting, this is always nice, but I think the devs should only spend their time implementing this on larger creatures, since it won’t make as much of a difference with smaller ones.

RE: Hello and thank you dev team!
Hello there! Might I ask what race you plan to go for? I feel like a tiger monk would be pretty badass, but a traditional human one might fight your playstyle, especially if you really do want to rob people.

RE: Spying As a Skill
It would be very hard to implement the actual collecting of info from places, but being able to track people would be fun.

RE: 4th planet of angelics: harsh PVE, banned PVP.
@Mae Arboreus will be fine. If you just stay in the center of a safe zone, you will be almost completely safe. People who want to commit betrayals as a Beastman will most likely do it outside of safe zones or in Syndesia, and as far as I know, eclipses don't affect Arboreus.

RE: Hi everyone!
The pre-alpha is starting in November.
However, you only get a pre-alpha key if you are high up in the leaderboards or if you win a drawing.
Good luck!

RE: trying to create a new topic for 200 points
There is the free to play pre-alpha, but you need to be in the top 100 or win a drawing to be considered. Considering that the price is currently only 20€ (If you pledge Recruit for 20€, you get a copy of the game), I would say that a test game is not needed.
However, if you are unable to pay, you can wait for other community member's responses to the game. Once the alpha comes out, I'm sure there will be a lot of chatter about how the game is.

RE: Storyline?
@gothix said in Storyline?:
I would love to see a library building down the line.
When you discover some knowledge bout the mobs or the world, you would go to library and now you would have unlocked access to new book to read, with more info and lore about what you discovered.
Kind of extra reward for discovering new knowledge.
The newest God of War had a similar system in which there was a journal in which additional info on enemies, places, and history could be found. I personally found it really fun to go through these.
This would be a good idea, assuming that the devs have someone who can write these in an interesting way. It would especially be good for creatures; I think people with the Creator pledge and higher can make their own creatures. It would be cool to also be able to add a short description or backstory about the creatures you make.

RE: Crafting / cooking / alchemy
Alchemy would be fun if you could make guardians or traps.
Also, since humans have access to some technology, will there be things attached to that? Like will you be able to build cars or robotic guardians?

RE: Interested in becoming a Legend of Sol?
Just a heads up, it would be helpful to include that your guild is a demon guild since we don't have interracial guilds yet.

RE: Casual Demon Guild, needs Members (Darkbloods)
Hey there,
I know I'm not part of this guild and am a beastman, but I thought I would tell you how lots of the current guilds are operating.
For the chat, many guilds are using Discord at the moment. However, for people who are not on the Discord or people who want to join the guild, you can use the forum chat system. You do that by hitting the speech bubble icon in the top right corner.
As for an official way to join, it is going to the guild page, which is here for the Darkbloods and requesting to join the guild. It would also help the guild leader if you then post here saying that you applied.
Hopefully, this helps you guys out a bit!

RE: Any word on what the musician/bard will be like?
It would interesting if they had control over animals, like a Pied Piper situation.

RE: Elusive - Casual Beastman Guild
Just wanted to say that we are now #4 on the leaderboard thanks to our newest members!
