      • A viable path for a life of crime... if you can manage the risk. Unlike some, I'd like a Syndesia that has to deal with a criminal element. Highwaymen, bandits, raiders, all manner of scum and villainy from so-inclined solo players, small groups, and guilds. I think this is an intriguing form of content for both victim and perpetrator. The sole threat to cities and individuals should not be from other cities and empires. But Syndesia is not Tartaros and the distinction should be that criminals assume a very real risk by adopting that lifestyle. I support a robust bounty system that is prohibitively expensive to Syndesia's criminals... should they get caught. I don't support a system that auto-zaps criminals into jail upon committing crimes; I don't support an invisible wall that prevents criminals from ganking their prey. I think players should have to think twice before venturing out into the wilds, alone, to harvest resources for an hour. But I also think the perpetrators should think twice before engaging in their deviant behavior. If they get caught, the consequences should be quite punitive and should keep the criminal element viable but meaningfully constrained so that it doesn't become a plague that kills Syndesia's population or drives them off.

      I would definately agree with this. I myself, have avoided PvP almost entirely, because I have been very strategic with where I go to farm. But, I also feel that criminals no longer get treated as criminals when they get killed. If someone is to murder a family irl and get caught... they aren't put in jail for a week and then forgotten about. Their bad karma persists and they are kept watch over, in case it happens again... IF they are even let out of jail to begin with.

      I have played a few games with a mechanic called 'Silence', which literally just meant 'no skill use'. Disgaea is one of them, with the Geo tiles.

    • crafting and trading

      If someone sends you a trade request, it will automatically close all other UI that is up... but, if you are crafting... the game will continue to think you are crafting, till you either finish the number of crafts you had set up, or you or the station you are using runs out of space to hold them. The crafting will auto cancel out if you move, open any type of crating UI or try to interact with any buildings or crafting stations.

    • Food packaging station - Full inventory

      If your inventory is full when you try to craft a bag of wheat, it will tell you that your inventory is full, instead of crafting the bag of wheat to relieve some of it.

    • Crafting wheat sacks, held wheat number

      If you have over 1000 tufts of wheat on you and you go to craft wheat sacks... the numbers will bug out, because there isn't enough room to tell you how much you actually have:

      @SuperMickyJay yeah, daggers statting off of str is kinda weird, when in the talent tress, the light weapon damage is all in the dex tree.

      My city governor approved me for an in-town plot and set me up with a 4x4 area, but when I try to place the 4x4 patio blueprint for optimal prestige and build space, I get a message under the button saying this plot isn't big enough.

      This is a 4x4 plot, so it should handle a 4x4 blueprint, right?

      I know the 5x5 plot option isn't working, or at least wasn't, but I thought the 4x4 plots were okay.

      I'm character name: Darylanthys
      Town is Vahalla Atrium
      Governor is Kralith
      Plot location is the South Western Corner of the Town (assuming up is North)

      EDIT: It seems to want to let me do the 4x4 L Blueprint, just not the Patio one.

      I would like to point out the 2x2 plot with patio. It actually takes up a 3x3 space.
      In the last test, the 4x4 with patio was only able to be placed on a 5x5 or 6x6 plot for some reason as well. It appears to be completely square, but i think some of the 'extra' patio stuff, actually leaks a teeny tiny bit into the 5x5 grid, making it impossible to place on a 4x4. Not sure if it is a bug, or intentional though.

      @MeruemVBP a skill is a skill, reguardless of what type of damage it does. It is most definately intentional... and for good reason.

      if you silence a mage... you leave them with literally nothing but a non-specced auto-attack.
      if you silence a tank or an archer... they can still punch you in the face with their axe, or shoot you in the knee with their arrow.

      Why should a tank be able to leap slam and hit you in the face, when a mage can't teleport to you and drop a nuke on your face? It is the exact same thing, for 2 different builds.

      @Rabenfeder The monster is glitched. The game doesn't actually know where it is. If you walk up to it, it likely won't move. This happens from time to time. Another bug the devs are yet to work out how to squish.

      @Leibniz probably nothing. I am pretty sure that in one of the previous tests, critical hits were eliminated from magic skills for 'balancing'. It is possible the skill toll-tips were just never updated to reflect.
